What should I do about codes 0174 and 0645?

@ricky35800 looks like you have two unrelated codes. The 0174 is indicating that your "engine's bank 2 is running too lean". For that, you will need to check for vacuum leaks, a dirty Mass Airflow (MAF) sensor, or fuel delivery issues. Clean your MAF and check all the vacuum hoses for cracks and that they are properly connected.
The 0645 is the "AC clutch relay circuit". That could just be a bad relay. There should be two fuses that deal with this circuit. One is for the clutch itself while the other one is for the relay coil (Number #4 and #7 on a 2000) Check those fuses. After that replace the relay and see what you get.
