Few months ago my triangle and top D-pad stopped working, but recently the triangle randomly starting working again, was wondering if I did something to fix it or it was just luck.

Hi!
First you want to clean the membrane circuit and also the pins that connect to the motherboard (and on the motherboard). If it’s still failing after this, please replace the circuit membrane.
There is no guide for this, yet. But the closest one is this one: Sostituzione scheda madre controller DualSense v2
In step 26 you see the membrane.
