Govee H717D Smart Ice maker making a grinding noise when making ice.

I have a Govee H717D Smart Ice maker and it makes grinding noises when making ice. Noticed if my hand is covering the fan on the side the grinding noise stops. Would like to get an Idea before taking it apart. Over all it makes perfect ice just the noise is annoying. Thanks
