Why is are these 2 units displaying different printing options?

We have a 2015 & a 2017 MBA A1466, both have Monterey 12.7.6 installed, MS Office 2021, and the latest Epson L Series printer drivers & software (Basically identical OS & software with NO preferences changed. When we go to print ,ONLY the 2017 is showing the option for 'landscape' printing. We have tested another 2015, set up again with identical OS & software and it IS showing the landscape option. This is weird. anyone had this before? It is baffling me for 2 days straight.

Did you do a careful comparison between the About This Mac OS levels, as well as look at the Firmware levels and maybe the CPU details from within the Hardware Report clicking on the button in the About This Mac.

I cannot say I checked that but they are the standard i5 Models and firmwares should be all the same. I will check that but I cannot see how that would affect things, weird situation why 3 see landscape and one not when all are using the exact same OS & installers for the Epson drivers.... odd one. Even my nephews 2012 MBA shows landscape option, everyone else does.... except this one 2015... odd indeed.
