The flat wire came off when I opened it up
When I pry my pokemon go++ opened, the flat wire came off… I tried to plugged it back in but now the button does not work

Yeah, that cable is damaged...
I would get yourself a new cable and test it again!
It looks like a 11 pin cable.
Can you let us know how that goes?
