1 Battery at 4.3V still shows Low Battery and 5 orange flashes when hold
This kindle is super easy to remove the bezel with just fingernails, but I have been charging it for over a day and trying many presses of the button and no progress.
Is it worth buying another battery? It seems like the battery is fine... it seems like something else died. This is horrible because this thing has only ever been used for an hour or two ever.
I held it up to a warm lightbulb to see it it would juice up the battery a bit more, but so far no luck

This guy figured out information about the battery... I will measure the resistance of the thermistor on the battery.. i may just use a 1k ohm resistor to bypass the resistor or get a replacement. scalpel the battery... I am willing to buy a new battery, but the battery seems good, so pretty not happy about spending money for nothing.
