The blade is stuck and won’t move at all.

I just got an Echo X-Series. I haven’t been able to get the blade to rotate and start working. I removed the head, lubricated everything, and checked the cables. The engine runs and sounds great, but the blades still aren’t moving. I don’t know what else to try.
