Can find a few hits for a D4275K when searching for either a brushroll motor d4275I (d4274i?) or D4275l (d4275L?) (not sure which one is the one you posted so looked for both) but not for the one you posted (either one).
I couldn't see the voltage specs on any image of the motor I checked, but it looks very similar to the one in the guide.
You could always contact a seller and ask I suppose.

Hi Big thanks. the and Google from Amazon looks like the correct size, but is 120v and in NZ we need 230v one. None of the ones on the 1st Google were the right ones,
i have asked the sellers if they have 230 volt ones. hopefully .
Depending on whether they even ship to NZ (and shipping costs) here's a UK supplier that has it in stock and states that it is only suitable for UK, EU and AUS models so presumably it is 230-240V.
The image of the motor shows 240V.
Looked for the model number shown in the image i.e. dc771(2) xllg and there was a NZ supplier but they were nil stock unfortunately.
Cheers
Have finally been able to track a 230 volt motor down via a firm called Frugo. Hopefully it will arrive within the next few days. Thanks heeps all for your help,

Hi @bernardbateman
Is there any visible information e.g. model name and number, part number etc printed on the motor housing?
I can't quite see if there is any or I'm just imaging there is in the Shark Rotator NV502 Roller Brush Motor Replacement guide

@jayeff The vacuum is model NV500NZ v2-31 and the motor has D4275l 8512 240v 50hz 2015/04/18-3" presumably the last few figures would be year of manufacture,
