If wired charging works but wireless doesn’t, try removing the case, ensuring the phone is correctly aligned on the Qi pad, and testing another charger. If neither wired nor wireless works, it may be a hardware issue. After repairs, check the wireless coil alignment, back cover snaps, and spring contacts—misalignment or poor contact can stop charging. If all else fails, inspection or professional repair may be needed.
