Are you using a rinse aid in the machine?

Is the water hot enough i.e. does the machine heat the water or is hot water supplied to the machine?

Do you live in a hard water area i.e. high mineral content?

What type of dishwasher detergent are you using i.e. powder, gel or tablet?
