@benshengow you're 💯% spot on, that is the earpiece speaker assembly.
If you buy a genuine Apple part, any functions that Apple restricts due to parts pairing should be mitigated by using the Repair Assistant.
Unfortunately, it's not clear whether that works with the paired Face ID components; they have never been replaceable since it came out in the iPhone X and I haven't heard any reports of it working yet, but it's a new feature that we're still learning about.
In the past you would have had to pay for expensive microsoldering services to transfer the paired parts to a new flex cable or simply live without Face ID. One thing I can guarantee is that it won't work on aftermarket parts; they have to be genuine Apple and not reported lost or stolen.

Hi @benshengow
Which flex cable is broken?
There are 5 flex cables in the phone.
Here's the ifixit iPhone 12 repair guide that may help.
There's a parts list shown with every individual replacement guide in the repair guide, that will show you which one you need.

thanks! I think is the 🔧 Front Sensor / Face ID Flex Cable Assembly
This assembly includes:
• Proximity sensor
• Ambient light sensor
• Flood illuminator
• Microphone
• Dot projector (part of Face ID)
• Possibly part of the infrared camera

on second thoughts, should be "The iPhone 12 Front Sensor & Earpiece Assembly"

@benshengow
Maybe @dadibrokeit, can definitely identify the one you need.
