i want to hear from masters, i read in acer community and other this model can be installed with 16 gb of ram, idk if it work or not in my ride [swift 3 sf314 54g] i also read in acer.com, this model only 12 gb of ram [max] idk if that true or not, shortly, can i installed 16gb of ram?

According to the specifications on the product sheet the laptop has 4GB of onboard memory (non removable) and 1 spare memory slot where an 8GB module can be inserted thereby providing 12GB of memory.
Try inserting a 16GB DDR4-2400 sodimm memory module in the memory slot, thereby getting 20GB of memory in total.
Looking online seems to show that others have successfully run the laptop on 20GB of memory i.e. 4GB+16GB but not on 36GB i.e 4GB+32GB
Here's a video that shows where the ram is located on the motherboard (view from 8:41 minutes into the video).
Best that I can find out is that the laptop supports a maximum of 4TB (4000GB) M.2 2280 NVME SSD .
Note: Disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard as soon as it can be accessed after op0ening the laptop so as to avoid causing any electrical problems on the motherboard when working inside the laptop. Reconnect it last thing before closing the laptop for the last time.

Check what the frequency is of the ram that's installed in the laptop now.
You know that it works.
In Win10 right click on the Taskbar then select Task manager > Performance > Memory and the frequency (speed) should be shown there.
Best I can find from a reputable supplier is that they say to use DDR4-2400MHz in your model laptop.
Whatever it is in the laptop get the same speed for the ram upgrade module.
