Hi!
Does the LED stay off, or is it red at least?
Did you tried a new power adapter?
Could be the power port at the backside, but to check this, we do need some pictures.

Try opening it up only if you're experienced. Otherwise, it may be best to get it checked by a technician. The possible reason can be-
A dead power brick (Slim).
A faulty power supply (Fat).
Or a damaged motherboard.
These are some of the common factors if a PS is not starting or turning on.
