Logic board swap from 16GB to 32GB?

I had an iPhone 4 32GB then upgraded to a iPhone 4S 16GB, and I'm getting annoyed by my phone always filling up. Would I be able to buy a 32GB logic board and swap my 16GB for it?

Might as well buy another phone and sell yours. Would cost pretty much the same.
