Dryer has power but won't start
The lock symbol starts flashing when you go to start. It has power but will not start

@ted5588 what exact model is your Samsung Dryer? It sounds like this could be the child lock feature that is turned on. Try to press and hold either the "Temp" and "Time" buttons or the "Dry Level" and "Temp" buttons.

Thank you old turkey! That was the problem and had to hold the buttons for 3-5 seconds for it to reset.
