Can I fix it when it's water logged?
My watch has been waterlogged and I don't know if it can be fixed.

if the water entered it’s not likely salvageable. Often the Crystal/Display or the Back Plate fails. there is very little you can fix and the costs of the needed parts are more expensive than a replacement watch.
If you still have AppleCare coverage Apple might be your best bet to get a replacement.
