hazard warning lights, central locking and starter not working

Clio 2 ph2 1.2 8v.
It doesn't start, the starter doesn't turn at all, the central locking doesn't work, the indicators/emergency lights don't work.
What could it be?
The indicators light up normally, the positions also work. The starter works after connecting for a short while
