@oscarwilliams nice fit :-) I definitely agree with my colleague @dan0 on this. Time for the drill to remove. Drill a small hole into it. Then use something like a finishing nail etc., bend it into an L and try to pull it out. Of course, you can als try a Dremel like tool and grind it out.
