No display after repair?

Hello, Ive repaired many iPhones (50-100) and have never come across this problem. After replacing the screen, when I went to power up the screen remains black. At first, the backlight did show (after first replacement), but no other display, so I assumed a faulty replacement kit and tried another. However the second screen also did not work, and now the backlight will not display either. This seems to rule out faulty ribbons/lcds on the screens I ordered, which would mean an issue with the connectors on the logic board. On inspection I can't make out any physical damage, however 1 nearby jumper (one of the tiny 2 pronged ones) does seem to be damaged. So I'm asking for any advice on what the issue may be, and if it is the connector is there any way to fix it? Or would a new logic board be needed?

It really depends which connector you are talking about. Is it one of the small SMD resistors or capacitors? Just post an image of the logic board and point out the location of where the part is missing. It is easily possible that you are talking about the small caps, and yes if one of those is defective, broken, you may have trouble with your LCD.

Added a photo, bottom right of the 2nd connector fell off. No other noticable damage

By fell off i mean that one of the tiny resitors/jumpers whatever they are called fell off

Basically its fairly clear to me that the problem is in the 1st/2nd connector on the actual board. I'm mostly looking for any advice on how to fix damage to this connectors... if its possible at all. If not then sucks to be me, she arrives to pick it up in half an hour.

since you seem to have ruled out all the possible problems with connectors etc...

1. is the phone fully charged?

2. could be that the actual iOS is messed up

I cannot thinking of anything else that might be wrong....could also possibly be a board fault.
