Why wwan module display post error while switch on the laptop

On p.45 of the maintenance and service guide for the laptop it shows the HP part numbers for only 2 WWAN modules i.e. 845710-003 and L15398-001 that can be used in the laptop. (examples only)
Is the replacement WWAN module either one of these cards?
If not there may be a compatibility issue between the replacement WWAN module and the BIOS in the laptop.

Look for the make and model number on the module or even the HP parts number.
It's not unknown with HP laptops for a different make and model number WWAN module, even though it slots in OK, to be incompatible. For some reason they're finiky about have the specified replacements installed and not a generic one.
Have you checked that the correct WWAN drivers for the module you inserted are installed correctly in Device manager?
yeh of course i have checked and reinstalled but still those post error that displayed while switch on the laptop
You didn't say whether the WWAN replacement card is the same make and model as either one of the two that are specified in the guide.
As I said if it isn't then it may not be compatible with the BIOS software in the motherboard so it won't work. HP have done this with other laptops and WLAN and WWAN cards. The ones they specify work and others don't.
i did say wwan module cellular was replaced after switched on dispaying post error which was disabled

Has the WWAN card in the laptop been replaced or the laptop opened just before the error message occurred?
Were there any updates prior to the error message?
