Everything is working but there is no sound output.

Is your tv ARC compatible if it is, is it in the correct port. Double check the players settings to make sure it is outputting audio.

Did that. Still not working.
I sent it to the sony service centre but they denied to repair it as the model is outdated. They said there's something wrong with the board (either the sound board or the motherboard).
Hmmm I don’t know then I am not familiar enough with this model to do any detailed solder work on the board perhaps buy a replacement motherboard off of eBay.
