Have power in and out of fuse. No taillights interior or dash lights

Second thing to check is the voltage at the taillight socket. If it is there and the bulbs are good, suspect a bad ground. If it is not there, suspect a bad switch. HOWEVER, an open circuit elsewhere in the form of a loose or corroded connector or rodents eating dessert - as happened in my vehicle - is also a possibility.
