@bekaluyitbarek couple of things you want to try. First you want to go into your audio settings. There should be a "Advanced Settings" area. Click on that and then turn the "Auto Volume Control" off.
Next remove the battery from your TV while it is turned on and see if the volume has normalized.
Let us know what you find out.
