Is my phone hacked or is it just internal damages?

I have an Iphone 6s Plus that I have been using for years, since 2019. It worked perfectly fine until today it suddenly started scrolling on my social media apps, typing all by itself. An app it frequently opened all by itself was messages. It selected a contact and started tying random letters, spaces and punctuations. I turned the device off and it also started to enter a code, causing my phone to lockdown on itself. It also started dialing random numbers on emergency. I restarted my phone frequently and nothing changed, it still does random things.

I suspect it as someone hacking it because it highlights texts that it types and an unfamiliar clipboard (seemingly not ios) starts appearing. Is it actually hacked or is there a hardware problem in my device?
