I left the headset charging overnight and now it's not working anymore

i left the headset charging over night and now it's not working at all
no lights
doesn't show up when connecting it to my pc (so that means it's not in a bootloader mode)
i disassembled it for now but not really sure what to do next
how can i troubleshoot the problem ?
