My nokia 2720 flip doesn't support wifi connection & hotspot feature

I bought nokia 2720 flip phone in uganda actually this is manufactured in Vietnam. After opening I've seen there is no wifi & hotspot feature in to my phone. Is it possible to update my phone and I'll get wifi & hotspot feature. Please help me out.
