My phone screen suddenly broke but it's not cracked

@andreicarani screens do not have to be cracked to fail. This "there's a ghost touch" definitely sounds like a bad screen. Time to replace it and re-evaluate. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this use something like this video Replacement displays are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
