Have you tried actually putting an activated SIM from another carrier in it? Sometimes (and I have seen this with TracFone specifically) it will say network locked in settings, but when you put a new SIM in it and reboot, it will give you the option to unlock it right then and there, just like "click here to unlock" simplicity.

Yes I've put in my other sim that's a t mobile and it just says network lock. No option to put in a code. When I do put a code in it says network locked and that's it

I am unfamiliar with that specific model, but with the active T-Mobile sim, can you navigate to (something like, may not be exact) Settings > Connections > SIM settings?

Somewhere in there (or the equivalent on your specific device) there should something like "network lock". With another SIM in there, if it is user unlockable, there will be an option to select and you can turn it off (may need to connect to wifi).

If you don't find it exactly where you look the first time, look around more in connections/SIM/network settings. Click on many things and dig deeper into the settings. This menu is different place in many phones.

If there is no option, or it is greyed out/unselectable, or if you do find it and it says something like "access denied", then it is 100% a TracFone problem and they need to fix it, no matter how hard they try to blame Motorola.

No when I go to settings and mobile network it says can't use sim. That's with the working t mobile sim and so it's not reading anything on it...

But TracFone said it's unlocked. Motorola said it's unlocked and a TracFone issue and back and forth lol. It's a good phone I just can't unlock it

@donaldscholebo If that is how I'm thinking, it is definitely a lock applied by TracFone and only they can remove it. Sorry.
