My built in cam
my acer aspire 5100 has a built in web cam BisonCam and i cant get it to work let alone find it help

Does Windows see it? Go check into the System Devices, if you can see the BisonCam, or an unknown device.
If the BisonCam is there, check it with Microsoft Live or Skype. If not, try downloading the correct drivers.
If the BisonCam isn't there at all, there may be some hardware issue, so you may have to check the connections.
But before opening the laptop, check thoughly if you've got all the drivers up and running.
