The vehicle is not seeing the resistance load it expects with an incandescent bulb with a LED, so it is acting like it has bulb out.
You ether need to add a load resister (https://www.instructables.com/How-to-Ins...) for each bulb, or there may be a turn signal oscillator (a module which flicks the lights on and off) which will work with LED bulbs.
