I removed my SD card before resetting my phone. I took it out and reset it that way, but when I inserted my SD card after resetting it, I noticed that there were exclamation marks on all the photos in my gallery. My SD card is encrypted and I can't find a solution anywhere. Can you help me?

Frankly, I don't think you will be able to recover you data.
BUT: possibly your encryption key is stored on your SD Card, and encrypted using your password. So...
Cross your fingers, hope a lot, maybe toss in a prayer or three to your favored higher power and try encrypting your device with the same password as before you reset it... then reinsert your SD card... good luck.
