Have done troubleshooting on all software and done a factory reset. I'm also able to make calls with the sim in different hardware.
Any suggestions what hardware needs to be investigated or replaced to fix this issue?
Note - mobile data and SMS still work, just not calls.

I've tried looking at call barring options but it is not the issue.
