We're going to need more information; there are a lot of different ways a phone can be "not working" so you're going to have to be more specific about what your problem is.
What is the phone doing or not doing? When did it start? Did anything happen prior to the problem like getting wet, being dropped, software update, etc.?
The more information you can give us, the better chance you'll get an answer that helps fix your phone.
