My laptop has 2 RAM inserted. One day after playing and and pressing a little bit on the laptop it shutdown after bluescreen, after that, the memory bank 2 doesn't work. I tried the ram memory and both work fine if I insert in bank 1. What should I look for repair it?

yikes, sounds like a giant pita
it may (only guessing) be that one of the solder connections popped on that slot2 (albeit seemingly grouped/connected with slot 1): disassemble (pita), put mobo (minus anything you can remove from it) in oven, at 200 celcius or 400 ferenheit (there-about), for like two minutes; re-assemble
