after i droped my phone in water i tryed to turn it on will this effect it will it still be fixable

If you drop it into the water, you should power the phone off inmediately, and wait 1/2 days until it dried up, then power it on. because it could short/circuit your phone and kill it.
you should wait and try it again when it)s dry. If that doesnt work, I have to tell you that its broken.
