Our washer started making noise the other night after running a full cycle; I went down to take a look and it was buzzing and flashing a F5 code. I unplugged it and let it sit for about 30 mins and plugged it back in, still doing the same thing. I can't find how to manually unlock it so that I can get my clothes out and try to start trouble shooting.

Be safety aware and don't forget to disconnect the power from the washer before attempting what is shown in the video
