Printer will not power up, I replaced the power supply but did not fix
I suspect it might be the motherboard?

@mitchelhenry check the troubleshooting section of the SM. It's a bit of a beast but let's see if it'll work for you. The power on sequence checks two fuses, one on the main board and one on the print heads. See if you have continuity on those.
