Why my laptop doesn't turn on but the blue lights are on?

There are so many things this could be, even short of catastrophic hardware failure, that I can only suggest some step-by-step troubleshooting.

Here are a few beginning thoughts:

Don't overlook ram. Test and re-seat your ram. You can take out one module at a time and start the laptop up with only one at a time to see if you have a bad module. The ram can occasionally be knocked loose as well, so re-seating it is worth a try. Simple and cost-free.

Try running your laptop without its battery. Unplug your laptop. Remove its battery. Then hold down the power button for at least 30 seconds to drain any residual power. Assuming you have a known good original power adapter, try to startup using only the adapter.

BTW: Your laptop apparently has a battery reset pinhole: Simulates removing and reinstalling the battery.Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds.

(The pinhole is on the bottom of your laptop just to the left of the hard drive/ssd compartment.)
