Won't turn on only chimes when pushing power button

Xbox One S won't turn on it only makes a sound and then doesn't do anything when I hit the power button I've tried to switch out the power cord I've tried to reset it if anybody's got an answer to that even send it into a place to have it fixed they couldn't seem to get it done anybody else had this problem
