Yes, these parts are interchangeable: 661-4943, 661-5855, 661-4944, 661-5856

Yes, just remove them screws, swap the case, it may have a few different markings but they are 100% identical, as long as you have the same size MacBook Pro from 2010 to 2011 then you are golden!

Does this mean I could use the logic board from a 2011 spec MBP as well?
I realise there may be other modifications needed, but I´m very curious about the feasibility of such an upgrade!
