My nintendo 2ds xl doesn't power on and power off pls read

I just ordered a new nintendo 2ds ll from Japan (all the way to Qatar) by ebay, it said it was all in good conditions and the reviews were also positive about the store except some were concerned about the packaging.

Today i received the new 2ds xl, and it came protected in many plastics, and the box inside was kind of damaged, it all came with the charger, stylus and the device itself. The devices screen was all okay but not the bottom hardware, it was detached from one side, there are cracks between the two screens and the volume border is cracked too. When i charged it didn't show orange light, but when i click the power it brights solid blue but turn off no longer than 2 seconds and before it does electric shock runs through the bottom screen everytime i power on and it powers off.

Please help

Update: its jammed on solid blue light when i clicked on the power button and plugged it in charger

It would probably be best to file for a return or refund from eBay. If you bought it and it was listed as good condition this certainly isn't.

I can understand trying to fix it, which sorry I don't have experience with the 2DS. It looks like eBay's buyer protection would help you, whoever's fault it was. I just figured if you bought a working device, and it came broken, you wouldn't want to buy parts for it. I am not familiar, but I can try to help. If it wasn't showing it was charging then later it was, it sounds like the charging port could be loose from the damage. When it was only turning on for 2 seconds like you said, potentially the battery could have been dead, and it just briefly turns on before dying. With the damage and spotty charging, I would think that the motherboard would probably be bad. Does nothing show up on either screen?
