I ported into US mobile from pageplus cellular my sim card will not work in my galaxy 10 note plus from US mobile but was working fine on page plus went I entered the sim from US mobile into my old phone which is a galaxy 10 it has service please help

Was the phone network locked to Pageplus cellular mobile or is it an network unlocked phone?
Was your old phone unlocked?
