dpad down not working
tried replacing everything and still has problems. it's a new controller.

Did you remove the rubber cover that sits on the dpad contacts? If not, remove it and check for dirt inside where the carbon pads are and clean the copper board contacts with a pencil rubber.

I removed everything, including the rubber, and placed new ones on it. I think the problem is that the layout keeps moving while playing, more people have problems with this issue with the newer DS4 controllers.
