Fireplace remote's LCD screen busted.

Hey everyone! My first time here and I have a quick question for you. My toddler decided our fireplace remote needed to meet the floor in a hurry and now the screen has busted.

A look on Amazon shows that it would cost me ~300 so it looks like it's up to me.

After doing some digging it looks like I'll have to replace the screen but I don't know where I could purchase a new one. If anyone has ideas please let me know.

As @diode_cool says, more information is required to best help.

You need to open the remote and see if the screen has markings of any kind. Often, on devices like this, the screens can be bought for cheap (so that you don’t break the bank), on eBay, Amazon or AliExpress. Note! Don’t choose the cheapest, or just any at random. Go through and check feedback on the vendors and product, and choose based on that!

Yea so the screen might be a little hard to find but I know of a site but I can”t send a link it’s called like lcd screens.com or something sorry I can’t get it for you

John, if you really want some help with this, start your own question and include pictures of the remote with a close up of the screen. Open it up and take pictures of the circuit board and the back side of the LCD if you can get to it. The more we know about it, the better chance of figuring out a fix for you.
