I have to restart the phone 3 to 4 times in a day to work properly

My mobile phone was very slow while running and when I restart the phone it works properly but the fact is that I have to restart 3 to 4 time in a day I don't know what was the reason behind it and some times the sound of the mobile phone was very low and even touch sound was very low but when I restart the mobile it works properly please kindly tell me the problem and please give the solution for this problem

Have you installed any apps before this started? Is the firmware up to date? Also is the storage full? It is possible it may be the battery needs replaced. Maybe struggling under load.
