Printers and Scanners states "Driver is Unavailable"

HP OfficeJet 4650

The HP OfficeJet 4650 was first released on August 2015. It is an all-in-one printer with standard printing, faxing, scanning, and copying functions. This printer also comes with mobile device printing and integrated fax.

Printers and Scanners states "Driver is Unavailable"

In the Printers and Scanners states my printer "Driver is Unavailable". In HP Smart it shows the printer and the status of the cartridges. I can print a test page but nothing else. Is there a fix for this?

@trailmix does it show in your Device manager? You installed the software that came with the printer? What OS are you using? Windows ver.?

I'm using Windows 10. In Device Manager it's in Other Device->Unknown device, it show the printer. When used the CD it loads HP website to download HP Smart and can't do anything else.

Did you try manually downloading the software and then installing it from the downloaded files stored on your PC?
