Dot Proyector not working in Face ID set up but works front portrait

Hi! I have an iPhone X with Face ID not working. Originally the earpiece flex was very bent so I transplanted the Flood illuminator to another earpiece flex. I have both lamps (dot proyector and flood iluminator) working flawlessly and perfect in front portrait mode in all the filters it has. The problem is that when trying to set up Face ID dot proyector never turns on but flood does. Never had a case like this. I already checked dot projector in i2c repair machine and it also confirms it it’s in great condition so I’m starting to think that it may be something with the flood iluminator but it works perfectly. Any idea ? :) thanks
