Why are there multiple vertical lines on my acer XF250Q Cbmiiprx?

My acer monitor (Acer XF250Q Cbmiiprx 24.5”) has multiple vertical lines going down the left side of the screen, there seems to have been no impact on the actual display, but these lines appear anyways. Does anyone know how to fix this at home or where to get it repaired for a cheap price? Thanks.
