Be Quiet Dark Base Pro Rev 2 PCB Fan Controller: Disconnect cables

The two black connectors. I can’t seem to remove them (where it says RT1 on the PCB and the one just below it).

They are labelled H & I in the instructions.

Any advice on how to safely disconnect them & what tools to use.
