My USB it's stuck on transferring images

My USB is stuck on transferring images even when I change it to charge only as soon as I back out of the screen it goes right back to transferring images

Yes several times same cord I've had it just started it

@chadislegendary Did you try a different cord and put the cord into a black colored port in the back of the pc.
